The appearance is an appealing vivid
orange pink. It has an attractive nose
with spicy notes of nutmeg, cloves and
cinnamon and further allusive notes of
strawberry and melon. On the palate,
the wine is smooth and remarkably
complex for a Blanc de Noir, revealing
notes of strawberry and quince with a
hint of melon on the finish.
